I wasn't aware hosting Trading Spaces was considered acting. Nonetheless, I'm curious. Somehow, I can see her in the role.
What does everyone else think?

I wasn't aware her only credit was Trading Spaces. Maybe do a little research.
She played Charity in Sweet Charity on tour last year.

As somebody who saw the original cast twice, I am thrilled about this casting. I think Rebecca and Paige will be incredible with the recent additions of Greg and Missy. What's even better is that my favorite parts of that original cast (Mark and Christine)are still there.
I can't wait to see them all together on November 6 from my just purchased front row seat.

Well, prior to hosting Trading Spaces, Paige played Babette in Beauty and the Beast, and Hunyak in Chicago. She's gone on to play Roxie in Chicago, Charity in the Sweet Charity tour, and a number of regional roles, including Maria in The Sound of Music.
She sounds quite qualified to me.
Since when has Gina talked about leaving. We are family friends and she has never talked about leaving Boeing-Boeing. SHE LOVES IT
I think both of them will be wonderful. Looking forward to seeing them in their roles!

When is Ted McGinley gonna join?
Davis was a performer way before Trading Spaces.
where is kathryn hahn going? She rocks!
Is there a reason that this show continues to use so much stunt casting? I've heard a lot of good things about the show and I am going to see it sometime soon. I just find it odd that they have resorted to it so quickly.
Hahn was my favorite part of the show. She was wonderful, haven't seen Davis perform before but she was big shoes to fill. Gayheart is gorgeous, I'm sure she'll do a good job with the role of Gabriella.
Is Mark Rylance leaving as well or is he staying with the show through the end?

Paige Davis and Rebecca Gayheart are stunt casting?

That's my question.
Doesn't stunt casting require a cast member who's a worldwide megastar out of their entire element in doing theater?

Paige was fabulous in Chicago. I can't wait to see her in this!
I really didn't enjoy BOEING very much but I may have to catch it again just to see this new cast.

Well if you are counting them as stunt casting then they haven't "resorted" to anything. The opening cast was as much on the level of "stunt casting" as the replacements.
I'm not counting Paige Davis in this obviously, I'm more than familar with her prior stage work. And Christine Baranski has been doing film/television/stage together for decades now.
I just wasn't aware that Missi Pyle and especially now Rebecca Gayheart were very well known for doing stage work. Both of them are more well known for doing film and television roles. I like both of these actresses, especially Missi Pyle. It just seems like random choices to me and this play in particular seems to have a lot of more notable "names" in it.

I LOVE Paige Davis. I saw her in Sweet Charity and she was wonderful in that role so I'm very happy for her to be back on Broadway.

I'm so glad I saw this with the original revival cast.
I thought Jessica Bogart was announced to replace Gina Gershon. What happened?
Bogart is the standby for all three stewardesses.
