Which one would you see? You can ONLY pick one and you MUST give good reasons (no stupid ones like cause it looks good) to why you want to see it.
I would see Hit List because its got Jeremy Jordan.
But it has that slut in it. Being slutty. Sluttin' it up.
Pippin?

I'd see Hit List because it would be the fun train wreck flop.

I would see Hit List but then a few seasons later I would see the tour of Bombshell, realize how much better it is, and kick myself for the rest of my life for not seeing it with Ivy on the BroadWAY when I had the chance to choose it.

Hit List. I love that baby face Kyle (Andy Mientus).

Now that my girl Ivy Lynn is back in Bombshell, I'd see it without reservation.
BOMBSHELL. I've had enough of angsty teenagers singing for the moment.

Come on, Jordan. This thread is beneath you.
Unless its meant to be ironic, then well done!
Hit List has Jimmy and a score that actually appeals to me.
Bombshell has Ivy. But there is nothing else about it that looks adequate. Even Ivy sounds jarringly unMonroe-ish when she sings - especially noticeable last night when she sounded great. To vocally portray a woman who sang, famously, in a show and sound nothing like her in song is a huge mistake.
Hit List.
Bombshell because it has Hilty, better songs and dancing and a real story.

???? So you're saying you'd rather see a musical about Marilyn with a mediocre voice actress who sounds like the real Marilyn for the sake of "accuracy" rather than one with a really good voice?
You mean like the real singing voice of Gypsy Rose Lee or in fact, her mother? Or the accuracy of Pearl Mesta's singing voice as portrayed by Ethel Merman in Call Me Madam? Gee, if you can't suspend belief enough to accept a good singer in a musical doing the role of someone who wasn't a very good singer -- I kind of feel sorry for you trying to enjoy musicals. It must be difficult.
Both shows shud open on broadway and we can see them both and not just one.
Does Karen sign at the stage door? If not, then no Hit List, please.

I would love to see Bombshell on the stage! The music is wonderful and I think it would be cool to see a Marilyn musical (besides the one that was already done).

I'd see Hit List if they replaced Karen. Its cheesy premise, light alternative score, and Meatloaf music video-style direction would be a major guilty pleasure for me.
BOMBSHELL all the way!!! It has everything I like in a musical, powerful ballads, a commanding leading lady, sequins, glamour, drama and all that jazz...
I'll wait for the Hit List movie with the OBC in their thirties.
I'd probably pick BOMBSHELL, but I'd really want to see both.
I'd pick BOMBSHELL because I like the score better (so far).
Bombshell, definitely. In fact, when they finally put this show out of its misery they should dedicate the last three episodes to a full three-act opening night performance of Bombshell. They have the entire score it seems--they just need to throw together a book to string it all together. Even if the book is as bad as, or worse than, the weekly scripts we're being subjected to, we'd still watch! And as a bonus, it would be three less shows with the oh-so-painful-to-watch Jimmy/Kyle/Karen storyline.
