Do you think he will renew/have his contract renewed when it's up in Sept?

He's not. Auditions for his replacement took place in June.
It's also not whether he might WANT to or not. As a Brit, Equity has to allow him to stay. (I'm not saying they wouldn't, but it is part of the equation.)
What about the rest of the OBC? And any word on his replacement?
Most of the adults are likely to have a 1 year contract (although I heard someone else was leaving with Bertie) the children's contracts usually have a "growing out" clause -- so it's impossible to know when they'll each exit.
Does anyone know the exact date that the principle cast is leaving?

It also depends on the work visa he was issued. But he was never contracted to a full year. He and Lauren Ward are leaving in September, I think.

Sorry, the chemo drugs are kicking my ass tonight. I missed part of the thread.

He is amazing in the role. My dream replacement for him would be Christopher Sieber.
Fake clyde, you can stop now.

He is leaving in September and Neil Patrick Harris will be taking that role.

What about Brian D'Arcy James, Norm Lewis, or Christopher Seiber?

I can't see Norm Lewis in this.
Do you think Brian D'Arcy James would be willing to replace?
I think Danny Stiles and Christopher Sieber would be great in this role!

also he did not win the Tony and I think that must of hurt. Also I think he wants to do something new.
Lots of people don't win Tony Awards, that has nothing to do with this. People don't leave jobs over not winning a Tony.
