Best Featured actress

Hi--I am new here. I have seen all of the posts regarding best actress---what about best featured actress? The only one's I have seen are Beth Fowler and Isabel Keating and I thought Isabel was great!

Both were very good - Isabel's performance is probably the more memorable one because she played an iconic figure with aplomb...while Beth's portrayal of Peter's Mum touched the audience because of its sincerity and honesty.

I don't think anyone in that category stands out, aside from Ann who wasn't nominated. From the field there...I think Anika should get it, and I didn't even like Caroline or Change but she was excellent.


...still think it should be Ann though

No one has mentoned Karen Ziemba, who already won the Outer Critics award. She is a favorite of the theatrical community, even if the show she was in was a stinker. Virtually every critic said she was the best thing in it, her talents were underused, and she deserved a better role.

Ann should have gotten it. She was absolutely fantastic! I don't know why she didn't get nominated. What is wrong with the Tony people?
