Kiki and Herb gets in there as a special theatrical event, and then possibly Martin Short. So there will be definitely 3 nominations, maybe 4. If Martin Short is a musical, Jay Johnson will win special theatrical event, unless something else amazing squeezes into the Helen Hayes before spring.
EDIT: If Martin Short is a special event, then the Tony could go to either Jay Johnson or Martin Short. It's a tough call.
As for revivals, Les Miz won't even get a nomination. The four slots will be as follows:
