I think if anyone should replace Siobhan Dillon, it should be Sierra Boggess or maybe Jane Gambatese. Those two actresses would be great as Betty.

Why would anybody be replacing Siobhan Dillon for a limited run that ends in June? Dillon's doing a fine job in the role regardless.

I thought she was marvelous and has great on stage chemistry with Michael Xavier. Now that you mention it, Jen Gambatese would be stellar as well!ti

Jenn is having too much fun in School of Rock at the moment. 

And yes, " Who's Betty Schaefer?!" was gold.  Musical theatre comedy GOLD.

Ha! Yes, it was a good one. I didn't post it on the Sunset BLVD thread because this is about the role of Betty, not really regarding the entire production.

I wish!!! I have spent over $400 at this point seeing the show, so I'd have a lot of more money in my bank account. But it's money I spent with pleasure...unlike what I spent to see Comet or Groundhog Day...that money I miss! And wish I could get my time back too. Sunset gives me so much when I go to see it...I just want to share it. Funny enough, I haven't seen Phantom in years and I haven't seen the Cats revival (only the original Bway production) and I probably won't see those shows again, so ALW would have fired me by now, but I'm a paying customer, so it's not like I get comps or anything. Unfortunately I don't work in the theater industry...but I was thinking maybe I should. Anyone hiring?
