I always enjoy coming on here and catching up though I have only now joined properly. I agree completely with previous posts discouraging provocative comment but it is nice for people to share their preferences where it is done in a constructive way. We are after all human and will have favourites. People who we buy into slightly more than others. Many people on here wear their preferences on their sleeves employing their faves in a profile. There's nothing wrong with that either - part of excitment is being able to share the experience with others.
I sometimes wonder whether posters preferences are based alot on who they first see in the role. Though I have now seen the show about 15 times I was lucky to catch Liam first and his performance sticks with me as sheer perfection and very difficult to follow. I have never seen the show and not enjoyed it regardless of who heads the cast. The level of talent onstage is never short of exceptional and that spreads thoughout the cast from all the Billys to the glorious supporting cast.

i agree well said. people are always having stupid arguments over petty thins we all have a different opinions and we all should express them, but then dont go and slag other peoples opinions!! its wat starts the fights!

Having trawled the internet to find all 4 parts of 'The Real Billy Elliot Diaries', I found that they needed quicktime to view. Does anyone know how I can see them without downloading quicktime?

have u been to the whatsonstage.com site to see the videos? They are published long before the offical site and I think THINK you don't need Quicktime!

which is worth buying i must say!! ive watched it so many times and im still not bored with it, but then i think billy elliot is just one of those things you can never get bored of, well thats my opinion anyway!

Thats quite cheap, i got mine as a b'day present so i dont know how much mine cost lol. You could even ask for it as a xmas present if you havent got the money, Xmas isnt that far away!

thanks Be Inspired for letting me know that. i will hopefully definetly go...it now only depends on if i can get at ticket. do you think if i go up after school and ask for returns there will be some or do i have to go get day tickets. if that is the case i prob wont be going as I wont be aloud the day of school.
