I think this is a neat idea, and it's a phenomenal show (in my opinion). Do you think it will be released on DVD afterwards?

I'm only finding locations in the UK as well.

I imagine the show will get a DVD release as Universal is involved but I imagine it'll by country by country basis since the show is running in several places and they probably don't want to hurt ticket sales.

i missed the War Horse live broadcast - does anyone know where if that is at all on dvd anywhere?

No, there is no DVD of War Horse. It's very rare that shows get a DVD release, and the NT Live series never does.

I would love to see this again. I hope it broadcasts in Chicago. I also missed the War Horse and Frankenstein screenings.

It makes as much sense as your provocative statement.I don't mind you not liking the show but sometimes it is wiser to say nothing or express it in such a way that is sensitive to other peoples opinions. You obviously haven't found a way to express an opinion without saying things like "insult to modern theatre", which is insulting the many people who like it.

Maybe I missed something but the article makes it sound like the show is closing the end of the month. I went to the website and they are selling tickets through 2015.
