Pre-West End tour begins in November, then six months at the Adelphi beginning 02/12/27.
The staging will be basically the same in terms of it being the same set, Daldry maintains, but he merrily suggests that once rehearsals start, he and Hall are bound to “be able to change things around in the show once again. We always have, and we will again.”
I’m quite the sucker for this show, so looking forward to catching it. Not a fan of the Adelphi however

I'm curious what you think is wrong with the Adelphi? I saw Kinky Boots there three times. I thought it was a decent theatre.

There's a lot of things wrong with different theatres, it's just preferences and whatnot. I used to think the August Wilson was a butt****ing ugly theatre until I went, and then realized it was a beautiful theatre. I still hate the leg room, so there are still some preferences there.

I have been many times and sat on all three levels. Stalls - fine, upper circle/balcony - fine, royal circle/mez - Truly horrific! It’s like they decided to laugh at the rich people and give them ZERO rake! I sat there for a sparsely populated matinee of Made in Dagenham and with the next person 3 rows ahead of me I spent the whole show craning my neck!

British audiences have been desperate for new musicals so much so that they are going to Prada in droves. Another revival is not the answer
