I really enjoyed DBH the other week and of all the shows I saw this was the only one I thought would FIT THE HIT in in the West End but I guess that is unlikely now.
Caught the matinee this afternoon - what a little belter!
hats off to Nikki M James and Andy Karl, they really brought something wonderful and unique to their respective roles
LOTS of YOUNG kids in, including behind me. I am very tolerant and think it’s great getting them in young especially to something a little subversive like LS.could of down without the seat kicking but hey ho
Why doesn’t Audrey 2 voice come on for a bow? EVERYONE ELSE IN THE WHOLE B
Saw this last night. By far the bf’s fav show so far - ‘finally a proper Broadway show!’
Was in the back Mez and about only a third full but of VERY vocally appreciative audience up there. Lots of people to see Michelle Williams and she did not disappoint!
I really enjoyed this but felt it was a bit tired lifted by a really great audience. The 2 leads were great (HOW TOUGH IS THAT TO SING!?!)
9 (!) phones (text/calls) went off during the 80 mins running time, truly appalling and disrespectful in such a small venue. I assume this happens a lot as the actors didn’t flinch and carried on regardless.
saw the premiere in Edinburgh and have to say preffered it this afternoon. It almost seems quant on what it says about the trans community. Way more blood this time

See, this one makes me feel comfortable ignoring all of your other points. I have been a resident or visitor in New York City for 35 y
Caught Rocky last night from the back row! Loved it and exactly what I wanted from my first night in NYC!
Loved the expensive cheapness and how it invaded the whole theatre!
Luke was fab but Stephanie really was the stand out - SUCH physicality!
Those seats with that legroom was PUNISHING and I was very happy it was a short show. Found it very amusing everyone running and queuing in the interval - we do this with more style in the West End
Was?format=auto&width=600 anyone there last night ? RIGHT at the end of the Time Warp the whole cast stopped and this man walked to the front of stage from the auditorium and, like, clicking his fingers and this random woman walked off the stage and then the cast went STRAIGHT back into the song! It was so strange, does this normally happen? It was so quick and brief and almost worked in the song (but then I was a bit drunk and high)!
only a little bit of shouting out tonight, can’t say I really missed it. This was my 8th Rocky over 32 years
My sister took me to see The Vagina Monologues on my 21st birthday. Il never forget Mel C lamenting an audience member for going to the toilet during her ‘RECLAIMING THE C***’ bit.
when Covid was doing one and the cinemas were vaguely open I took me bf to see the film and we were both blown away!
I love the Young Vic (CHEAP BUT CLASSY) I have never seen anything there that hasn’t been at least compelling and RT + AL are fantastic so it really is a no brainer booking this
also, it you are on a real ball breaker budget then the young vic do a “lucky dip” tickets whe

All beverages will be served in plastic lidded cups. Price varies but expect to pay $10-15 for a beer.
Tipping isn't as important in theaters as it is in bars and restaurants. Merch sellers are never tipped; at the bar, there may be a tip option when you pay with a card and you can really put any amount but 15-20% is customary or a couple bucks. Some concessi
