I feel like I'm going crazy because I can't find a reprise that I swear I saw in the Book of Mormon when I saw it in San Francisco. I remember there being a Salt Lake City reprise, and I distinctly remember thinking
Oh, this is not on the soundtrack and it's amazing.
And now I'm scouring the internet trying to find it and I CAN'T. Someone please validate that this is a real thing I saw and not a figment of my imagination, Thank you.

In the printed libretto, there's a reprise of "Hasa Diga Eebowai".
Yeah, you're probably thinking of the Hasa Diga Eebowai reprise.
I was such a fool,
To have followed this advice.
There is no trip to paradise.
How could I let my hopes get so high?
Hasa Diga Eebowai.
Hasa Diga Eebowai!
You gave me a dream, but it was all a lie.
Think you liked to see me cry.
Hasa Diga ...

Maybe you’re thinking of the end of Act I song “Man Up”, which contains short reprises of several other Act I songs, including “Salt Lake City”, “Turn it Off” and 1 or 2 others?

As JSquared2 replied, "Sal Tlay Ka Siti" is only reprised in the Act 1 finale, along with "Hasa Diga Ebowai" and Elder Price's bridge section from "Two by Two," as a build-up to the end of the act.

No, it's not on the recording, but yes, there is a short reprise in Act II following the Pageant (known as "Sad Hasa Diga"
. CATSNYrevival is correct.

That's a reprise for "Hasa Diga Ebowai,", not "Sal Tlay Ka Siti."

And it's officially called "Sad Hasa Diga." I didn't know this until I happened to win lotto and was able to peer over the conductor's shoulder, though...
