3) a return to a cleaner, safer city. A couple had gone back in October and were so disappointed to see their favourite city in such disrepair. They witnessed a gun holdup, heroin/drug injections. Garbage littering street. Broken window. They did not feel safe as they had.

Interesting. Curious where they live as they are opposed to vaccine, testing or mask mandates? I have a feeling they won’t be back for quite a while…

Having just 21 shows playing now might help until more shows start up on the Spring. Hoping to get on once a week this winter depending on time and weather.

Heh. I am not like those folks. I don’t love masks at all but have worn them to theaters many times and prefer them unless conditions change a lot - especially in theaters with a bunch of tourists.

No vaccine requirement? Again, conditions would have to change a lot. As of now, that’s a draw. I would be much less inclined to go if the city got rid of it.

I would rather not feel unsafe. But I used to go the New York City decades ago. I go to theaters in the Tenderloin in San Francisco now. I’ll survive.
