I have to say I enjoyed Souvenir and the irrepressible Judy Kaye and also Well, especially for Jayne Houdyshell's remarkable performance.

I LOVED Dance of The Vampires! I also loved the broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors. Not sure if that was a flop though.

Bombay Dreams
Scarlet Pimpernel (at the Kennedy Center). Loved it!
My partner hated Woman in White, but I was glad to have seen it for the technical acheievments alone. I also enjoyed much of the score. I wish I had seen it with Maria Friedman (who was out at the beginning of her cancer treatment) as I really enjoyed her on the London cast recording.

Totally forgot about Bombay Dreams! I don't like the London or tour version, but the BWY version was so good, total bollywood.
The Woman in White

If you like Dance of the Vampires, I suggest getting the German Cast album, since there obviously isn't one in English. The german one is really awesome (I understand NONE of it, but its fun to listen to, and impress your friends when they think you understand German...)and besides...Steve Barton!

Passion
Once Upon A Mattress (1997 revival, extremely flawed but with some enjoyable performances by Jane Krakowski and Sara Jessica Parker)
Side Show
Caroline or Change
Thoroughly Modern Millie
Little Women
The Last 5 Years
There are other flops I enjoy via cast recordings but never got to see live.
ALL SHOOK UP was not a jukebox musical. Stephen Oremus took Elvis's songs and completely revamped them - they might as well have not even been created in some instances. And it wasn't about Elvis, it was a completely new, fun story.
LENNON - yeah, biographical jukebox, but I still loved it. They were doing something different and god forbid it didn't get accepted, or even given a chance.
BROOKLYN - again, they did something different! What five people were able to do as all those characters plus changing the set and costumes and props... along with a fun story- it deserved a better chance.
LESTAT - obviously since I've been shrilling for it since Decmember. Despite all the bad lyrics and dialogue and choppy storyline, there was something that I loved about it. Contrary to popular belief, it is NOT as bad as many made it out to be.
Soo many of these it seems...
Sunset Boulevard (one of my absolute favourite shows)
Scarlet Pimpernell
Once on This Island
Seussical
Woman in White
and the biggest travesty of ever closin in my opinion goes to...
RAGTIME! How can this show have been cancelled? It was such an iconic achievement. I'm still sad it's gone...
