I really miss it, especially now that it's coming upon when i saw the first preview a year ago. That was one awesome birthday present. I really could care less if it was shunned for being a "jukebox musical" I still really enjoyed it. The talent on that stage was incredible.

ps footloose diddnt flop it ran for 700+performances and with the tour and worldwide success it hassnt lost money.
also it was a shame chitty died on broadway(i like the broadway version better than the original london production)

It flopped on Broadway, and since the subject of this thread is "BROADWAY flops" it certainly qualifies.
According to the people behind footloose the show diddnt flop on broadway as it made its money back.

I enjoyed Chess and a little bit of BKLYN.

Steel Pier and The Wild Party.
I recently saw a production of Steel Pier and the director re-wrote a lot of stuff and made it more about the serious harsh reality of Rita's situation and it was incredible. honestly one of the most beautiful stories I have seen in a while.
