YEAH!!! Love those numbers. And if anyone did the math, it shows that ACL now has 14 SRO spots. Great numbers!!! Sadly, though, I see Grey Gardens, Company & Little Dog Laughed all announcing closing notices this winter. If that's the best they could do during the most profitable week, then they're in trouble.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

A dancer might dream to see her name in lights and mean it, but all she really dreams is to make someone else feel the way she did when she first saw a dancer. And that is so beautiful-Anonymous

When I was looking at those numbers, my jaw literally dropped. So I wasn't the least bit surprised when it was announced that it was a record breaking week.

The only problem with this is the average ticket prices. It looks like a lot of premium seats were sold, so that means that people are willing to pay those prices. And we all know what that means.

Wow, that was the first time Avenue Q ever broke $600,000. Pretty impressive week across the board.

EDIT: I just realized it upped its performances to 9... but still impressive! Updated On: 1/4/07 at 08:14 PM
