I definitely think foreigners are canceling their trips now. It's a hard time to judge as this is typically a slow time for Broadway. Wait until next month to decide the fate of certain shows.
And Jagged Little Pill is in no danger as of now. Yes, this was their worst week, but it's sales up until now have far exceeded expectations. I think they'll do fine for their first year.

I agree. I wonder if Broadway shows will change their cancellation policies or if we'll suddenly see more tickets on stubhub from folks cancelling their trips or opting not to attend any public gatherings.

Also an indication of how slow it is in the city this week. All but 5 Broadway shows are up at TKTS for tonight. The exceptions are the juggernauts that are Hamilton, Wicked, Lion King, Moulin Rouge & Tina. Even West Side Story, Hadestown & Six are or were up today.
