As sad as it is to see COMPANY go, it is nice that this'll be one week where we don't have to go through the depression of seeing the show hit a new attendance low.

Drowsy is definitely gone by the end of the year, and I already know what show wants the Marquis for next spring most likely...

I was about to say... not looking good for Xanadu ahead of opening night

Why, hello Margaret! Yes darling, half past five. Well, everyone, simply le tout Park Avenue and la creme de Hyannis! Well, the press table's going to be awfully crowded... but if you don't mind sharing a folding chair with Harper's Bazaar... Sing? Me? Heavens no, it's Edie's day, not mine... Although people can be so insistent, and I hate to disappoint. Twist my arm, blackmail me, threaten my very life, and who knows? You might get a verse of something...

An extension for BATB? Not a chance in hell, they start renovating the theatre the week after it closes for Mermaid...

Actually there is a load out first and then two weeks before they start working on the Theatre.

Clearly it will soon be "curtains" for CURTAINS. LB, SA and POPPINGS will be the only season survivors.

CurtainPullDowner, Disney will be working on the theatre throughout the entire month of August and into September/October, renting out the theatre prior to the Broadway run is alocated in the Mermaid budget.

Am I reading something wrong? Curtains has a higher percentage than Legally Blonde. Why do you think it will be gone first?
