At least Amazing Graces numbers are improving, it's still dire though.
It was always The Lion King, Wicked, and The Book of Mormon top 3. Now Aladdin & Hamilton are on top of The Book of Mormon.

Wicked made 1.7 million dollars. What's WTF about that? Everyone had a drop this week. It's the end of the summer. They're doing more than fine.
I was wondering how long before someone worried about Wicked.

There's obviously no reason for concern in Wicked's grosses alone. I was just taken aback, as I don't believe I've ever seen the show have the greatest decline in attendance on Broadway. Again, a 6.8% decrease is comparatively nothing, but it seemed rather noteworthy.

Except Mormon still leads all Broadway shows in average paid ticket ($165 for last week) and is only second to Hamilton in percent of gross potential (105% to Hamilton's 109%), after running for more than four years. It's hard for Mormon to outgross those other shows which are all playing in bigger theatres, but in all other ways, Mormon continues to perform well at the box office.

Yeah, every week someone tries to proclaim the death of Mormon too.

The only shows that I'd say might be in trouble are Amazing Grace, Hand to God, Jersey Boys and Gentleman's Guide. I wouldn't be surprised to see a closing notice from any of those in the next month. Amazing Grace I'd be surprised if we didn't see one.
Bway.com did just postpone Bryces next episode of his vlog to Wednesday. Could that mean anything?

" It could, they did the same thing before they closed The Heidi Chronicles early. But I thought thy would keep the show running through at least the end of the holidays

No, they CANCELLED the Heidi Chronicles blog. Pushing it two days is no big deal.
They better keep doing that blog. I'm counting on him doing the full monty in the final episode!
