Was wondering why everyone was up this week...this explains it. Good numbers all around. Yay!

Makes you wonder whether they shouldn't have an advertised Broadway Months for Jan and Feb. The ad could acknowledge that cold weather makes people stay home...in order to get you to the theatre,...

also, there's an overall lack of shows right now. only 24 were playing last(including Lewis Black's one performance). There's 41 Broadway houses total, so I think this helps sales as there are limited options right now.

I'm also thrilled for THE COLOR PURPLE. In know it was sold-out all weekend.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

There is a second Broadway week usually late January to early February.

It does well because it is a limited amount of dates. Besides, you can get the same seats with a discount code.
