I'm in NYC. It seems like it would only make sense that there be a superstore selling all the merch and memorabilia of past and present shows.
Does this exist? If so, where?

Theatre Circle, across the street from Phantom/a couple doors down from the St. James is probably what you’d be looking for.

Theater Circle beside the St. James Theatre, going west toward 8th Ave and One Shubert Alley.
They sell merch primarily from current shows, and more recent closed shows.

You can also visit us at the Broadway Maker's Marketplace, at 57th and 8th in the Turnstyle Underground Market. A group of 45 independent small businesses selling any theater merchandise/memorabilia you could ask for. More info at BroadwayMakersMarketplace.store

They used to sell souvenir programs from older shows, but it seems after closing the Marriott Marquis location they only sold current-ish shows.
Not an old show, but Hamilton has a stand-alone storefront further down the block from the Rodgers. The Harry Potter shop at the Lyric on 42nd Street used to be open to the public when there isn't a show going on...not sure if they still do that.
