That moment when Roger sings "Thank god this moment's not the last!" in RENT gives me chills every time I hear it.
I'll cover you (reprise)(rent), Nobody needs to know(L5Y), Judge's Joanna (sweeney), Defying Gravity (oh, you know)
O man...so many songs from Sunday in the Park with George...ooh...I totally forgot.
AND "In his Eyes" from J/H....ah....Oh, and I love "Girls of the Night" from the Concept recording of J/H

Definatly 100% "Send in the Clowns". It was my grandfathers favorite song and it makes me cry every time I hear it. He died the day before my bday but picked out my gift ahead of time, a music box that plays the song. It's my most treasured posession.
I also agree with I'll Cover you reprise
Sunday in the Park with George? Hmmm...Let's see:
We Do Not Belong Together
Beautiful
Sunday
Putting it Together
Move On
And one of my faves...Everybody Loves Louis!

I agree with everyone that mentioned "Molasses to Rum" from 1776 and "Empty Chairs @ Empty Tables" from Les Miz. I'd also have to add:
"I got lost in his arms" - Annie Get your Gun
"House upon the hill" and "Lily's Eyes" - Secret Garden
"As long as he needs me" - Oliver
"Pity the Child" - Chess
and
"Elaborate Lives" and "How I Know You" - Aida
Of course the obvious ones like BSM's "Impossible Dream" and Idina doing "Defying Gravity". Also Bernadette's "Not a day goes by", certain versions of "Old Man River", SUTTON's "Gimme Gimme", "Love, look away", oh I know there are many others but I really can't think right now!
I enjoy Wicked as much as the next person, but am I the only one who thinks Defying Gravity is really overrated? I don't even find it to be the best one in the entire show! *running from the room of angry teenyboppers*
When I think of "chilling" songs, I think:
Gods Love Nubia - Aida
Elaborate Live - Aida (but those chills may come from the subsequent cold shower needed after listening to too much Adam Pascal!)
Gesthemane - JCS
Finale B and I'll Cover You (Reprise) - Rent
Do the only people who like wicked fall under the catagory of "teeny boppers"?
My songs are-
No good deed
All the wasted time
Lilys eyes
um, thats it for right now
I'd have to go with All The Wasted Time from Parade, Move On-Sunday In The Park With George, Not A Day Goes By-Merrily We Roll Along, Back To Before and Make Them Hear You-Ragtime, and Impossible Dream from Man of LaMancha

Shenandoah: Meditation (I & II), I've Heard it All Before

"Rose's Turn" as sung by Betty Buckley, Bernadette Peters and Angela Lansbury.
"Some People" as sung by Bernadette Peters on her Sondheim, etc. from her Carnegie Hall concert. Best version of that song I've ever heard. I nearly blew the speakers out of my car last summer b/c I was playing it so loud.
"Defying Gravity"...You know who sings this one, folks.
"No Good Deed"...also from Wicked.
"Gimme Gimme" - from Millie
and
"Lot's Wife" from Caroline

I can't believe I forgot Mamma Look Sharp, I love that song, add that to my list.

music that makes me dance- funny girl (broadway or papermill version)
joanna- sweeny (bernadette's carnagie hall concert. i mention this in addition to people who have already listed it, only because it is this version specificly that moves me)

wheels of a dream- ragtime (didn't see this posted yet?)
everything from last 5 years and parade
stranger in this world- taboox
another nation anthem- assassins (both casts)

i loves you porgy- porgy and bess (esp streisand version)
finishing the hat- sunday (mentioning again only because of raul's version at the kennedy center)

West Side Story- Finale- Somewhere.
The Scarlet Pimpernel- Falcon In the Dive, You Are My Home
The Secret Garden- Lily's Eyes, How Could I Ever Know (really, though, that entire score is gorgeous.)
"Candle in the Window" frm. Civil War, Linda Eder's version.
Ragtime- Make Them Here You, Till We Reach That Day, Back to Before.
Hairspray- I Know Where I've Been
Rent- I'll Cover You (reprise)
Les Miserables- Bring Him Home, Empty Chairs at Empty Tables.
Jesus Christ Superstar- Gesthamane
Into The Woods- Children Will Listen
Miss Saigon- Bui Doi
Man of La Mancha- Impossible Dream (BSM version)
There has to be more that I'm just incapable of thinking of at 7 AM. :)
"Lullaby Of Broadway" - 42nd Street
"Marry Me A Little" - Putting it Together (John Barrowman)
"I'll Cover You (reprise)" - Rent
"Send in the Clowns" - on Hey, Mr Producer! (Dame Judi Dench)
"No Good Deed" - Wicked
"And I am Telling You (I'm Not Going)" - Dreamgirls
"The Gods Love Nubia" - AIDA"Your Daddy's Son" - Ragtime"Macavity" - CATS
"Lily's Eyes" - Secret Garden
SOoooo many more...
They're not all strictly 'Broadway' but . . .
Lily's Eyes - The Secret Garden (especially sung by Philip Quast and Peter Polycarpou)
The Glory of Me - Witches of Eastwick (I just wish there was a 'proper' recording)
Look at Me - Witches of Eastwick
Till we Reach that Day - Ragtime
One Day More - Les Mis
Finale - Les Mis
Sunday - Sunday in the Park with George
Stephen Wellers "Liiiiiiiiiiiiiivvve" on the final track of the 1999 Martin Guerre CD
Send in the Clowns - but only when sung / acted by Judi Dench on the RNT A Little Night Music recording
Overture from Cats - Okay, okay, it was the first show I ever saw at the tender age of seven, and I can still remember how excited I was by it.
Defying Gravity - Wicked
Finale from Song and Dance OBC - despite the fact that Ms Peter's accent is appalling throughout, she pulls out all the stops for the final number
La Cava from (surprise) La Cava, but only when performed live.
No-one is alone - Into the Woods
I'm sure that there are plenty more, but I don't have my CD collection in work with me . . .
Send in the Clowns- Any older lady
Rent Finale
Shadowland- Lion King
The Point of no Return, The Finale, (when done well) Music of the Night from phantom
To this day no piece moves me quite like Easy As Life from AIDA. I missed Heather in the title role but get a lump in the throat listening to her rendition on the OBC recording. Deborah Cox had me sobbing the first time I heard her perform it. The whole play turns on that song.
