Yea, it is my mom. Not about a WICKED tree, though. She found my stash of cast albums and playbills, and we got into a huge fight about it. I've temporarily moved in to my friend Jared's appartment until I can figure out something. God will I be happy when I go away to college next fall.

There aren't a lot of them -- kind of a niche market. Look on the playbill store.

You could buy keychains for the shows you like, and with a bit of ribbon turn them into Christmas ornaments! :) I've done that in the past, and it usually works well.

Agreed that you probably won't find much that is very cheap if you don't check ebay or amazon.
I found this one at the flea market last year:

The keychain idea is good. I like that myself-it's inexpensive and you can find a lot of them-even for shows that aren't running. Also, you can buy ornament hangers at many stores if you want to use them.

I'm really tempted to get the set of 4 Legends ornaments, as I procrastinated and missed the ones that haven't been available. A bit pricey, but does go to a good cause.

Back on topic, there were some gaudy oversized Phantom of the Opera ornaments that I believe Hallmark sold. They were always too heavy to hang on the tree for me, but they were neat. The second one in the pic was the best, I thought, because the mirror lit up from behind to reveal the Phantom and played a song from the show. There was another one that's not in the picture. That one was of the final lair scene. You might be able to find them on ebay.

As long as he hides them better than his 'stach' of cds and playbills. MamaQuiche won't let them on the tree. (and if you don't go back home, who's going to pay for college?)

Dramamama, I don't have to worry about MamaQuiche anymore now that I live with Jared. CATSNYrevival, I'll look into those, they're very neat. Taz, she will definitely protest, but I asked the apartment landlord not to tell her the apartment # I'm staying at. Marianne, I'm gonna buy that I think. I think I'll try that keychain idea.
