You can download Jon Philip Alman singing "When There's No One" from iTunes. Although they're not the Broadway lyrics, they're the ones from the demos with Maureen McGovern and Barbara Cook - so we don't get that great lyric "I gave you life, I can take it away/Let the shadows descend like a knife." Awwwww, makes me miss my mom...

if you go on "the unnamed site" and search carrie the musical, there is some footage of the song "in", with darlene love. I actually remember that seen when i saw it!

Hey husk_charmer,

Migh you have some information about the dutch production from 2001, like who produced it, who was in the cast or anything? I can't imagine the production was legal, I know about a few producers who wanted to do it but never got the rights. Well... I think no one will ever get the rights.

Somewhere this year there will be a dutch production of Carrie, but again: I can't imagine the prodocution will be legal.
