A few weeks ago when it rained on Wed, Bryant Park was cancelled... hope that doesn't hold true again.

I am coming to NEw York from Ohio tomorrow and was really looking forward to Bryant Park. Can someone living in the city keep us posed on what the weather is doing there? I really hope it dries up. Dreamer, let us know if you hear anything more. When would they cancel it, today or tomorrow?

Last time they cancelled it the night before...but it was REALLY raining that evening...

As of now, the decision is that the show is still on for tomorrow. I will definitely post if this changes.

The reason it was cancelled last time was because there isn't a drainage system for the lawn.

the show is still on for tomorrow. just saw the weather report for the city, and it said that tomorrow is going to be sunny and hot.

how is the weather there in NYC? I am in Ohio and the sun is actually shining!! I am just hoping that it is doing the same there so we can dry up that park and see some great performances tomorrow! Finger crossed

It is still overcast but the streets are dry -- I work a block away from Bryant -- the weather/rain should be done by midnight -- just a chance of spotty rain -- tomorrow is going to be HOT/HUNID and SUNNY -- so lets hope that the grass/lawn is dry enough

I hope they let Cheyenne sing Elaborate Lives or Written in the Stars!

I figured they would do "Like Father, Like Son" since Mickey is going on. I feel bad for Adam and Cheyenne when they have to sing with Mickey.

WICKED is going to be doing 3 songs? Or is that just what we known is going to be sung? If so then I would assume that AIDA would be singing the same amount. I guess an Aida solo would be appropriate.

I think someone posted somewhere else the list of songs that the Aida cast is supposed to do. How many of you on right now are going to the park tomorrow? What time are you heading there? Is there seating available or should we bring some? (Sorry for all the questions =)

I think they usually do three songs a show...

Last year, AIDA did Written in the Stars, My Strongest Suit and Easy as Life (I THINK).

Cheyenne was there for Jimmy in Millie last year and now he's there for Radames this year!

What time does this show start? Is it ok if I get there around 10:00 a.m.? and how long is it.. do you think I'll have time to go back to work?
