YAY for Avenue Q!

I was there as well, and actually met Corine - My friends and I had a blast.

Eden was phenomenal, and I am glad I got to see her interpretation of songs, and hear her sing them. It was really fun. "The Wizard and I" was incredible! Derrick Williams has a very nice voice, and was very handsome. Melissa Fahn was having problems vocally, it seemed. Although she did a decent job with "For Good". I'm sure she was very nervous, and that contributed a lot to her performance.

I loved Ta'Rea Campbell....she was incredible. Mickey Dolenz was very good too. I can't see what everyone's fascination with Cheyenne Jackson was....he was sure as hell very hot, but he was lacking vocally and acting wise, I thought. And the Amneris was a joke. VERY dissapointed with her.

Avenue Q was perfection! SOOOO glad to see the full original cast giving their all for this concert. EXCELLENT.....all of them.

LSOH, to me was the highlight....I had so much fun. The urchins were fantastic as ALWAYS. I mean, who does a full out performance for the sound check, and then perform it again perfectly? They did, and they were awesome. It was surely a treat to see the opening performed twice! I was in heaven. Rob Evan along with being excellent, is VERY handsome! I really enjoyed him. He had an amazing voice, and great comedic skills. I was impressed with Joey Fatone, I know I am going to be one of the very few who think this, but..... I thought Joey was the perfect choice for Seymour. He was nerdy, and fun, and just looked to me, although he is "bigger" than Hunter, the right type for Seymour. His singing and acting was very good....VERY impressed. I am now a fan. "Suddenly Seymour" was excellent. Jessica Snow Wilson was ADORABLE!!!! I was sad when Kerry Butler left, but I think I am going to have to take 3 or more trips back to LSOH before it closes!

It was a fun afternoon - except for most of the AIDA segement.
