I tried doing the find me seats from 11am EST with no success.
Getting them on mobile was easier after 1pm. It seems to be processing requests faster on mobile as I have now been able to purchase for 2 separate dates.

I experienced most of the same stuff as everyone else. What an unbelievably frustrating way to spend almost 3 hours of my day off. I've shut the site down.....maybe I'll try again with the next block of tickets. Or based on this experience, maybe not.
^yeah, I able to get the tickets through my iPad rather my computer.
this is hilarious https://twitter.com/lyricopera/status/745293128693841920
I got a ticket for my first date, Friday, November 11. Trying for the matinee the following day to make my trip worth it.

The app seems to be working great now. I just got 2 sets of 3 tickets for February and March in less than 10 minutes. I wasn't going to bother but I logged on just to see and it worked.
Still searching. Looks like my string of bad luck continues.
We finally got tickets after 3 hours of searching for a late January show in the back of the mezzanine. Keep trying guys, they may still be available if you are willing to "settle" for the cheap seats.

TM is now "unable to process my request", and the app can't even find Hamilton in the search. Oh well.

"Well, considering all of the press about this show, I guess I am not surprised at the lines and phone problems this morning."
Everybody happy now?
This is what happens when people who don't look two inches beyond than their noses gleefully swallow whatever guff they are fed hook, line, and sinker. Or in this case, stinker.
The future is here.
Welcome to it.

Try the app if you haven't yet.

Last year things were under control and more manageable, this year things have become ridiculous. From the greedy producers to chasing Lin's car, it's gotten out of control.

I'd love to; unfortunately I'm at work, and our building interferes with my phone signal. I'll have to try it after I get home - but the tickets are probably already gone. Thanks, though!
Sarah-
maybe the problem is the date and number of seats? I've gotten multiple tickets for different weeknights with like 2 tickets each. If you are getting more tickets for a popular day it will be harder. Also- never exit out of the "find my tickets" when it's loading, it seems to be the only way to get them

I'm so sorry! I hate reading that you can't get tix. I have an old iOS or I'c check on the app for you but my phone doesn't support the app. And work blocks Ticketmaster. I wish I could help you for your generosity with me.

It seems to be working much better now to search, even if inventory is depleted. Got a single for 12/23.
My friend was finally able to snag 6 single seats for March 2017! We were aiming for October, but I'm just happy to have a seat it all.

I managed to get one for December, which is when I wanted to see it anyway. But we still need to get three for me and my friends. Does anyone know if it is entirely sold out or if they have only released a handful for each performance?
I had the same problems as many others - compounded by my need for just one ticket on a subscription night where we already had three season tickets. So, between season tix, group sales, and presales, there wasn't going to be a lot available. Still, to have the ticket selected and in your cart waiting and waiting and waiting only to get kicked out is infuriating. This comes after the whole "season ticket holders can't buy extra tix after all - why would you think that just because it said so in your season ticket email confirmation". So, we four will probably just show up for the show where we have three tix and see if we can get one from the cancellation line or maybe have my daughter cry until they give us house tix for normal price.

You could prolly bob and weave around it. But. I don't know. Maybe that'd bother you.
