I think she starts the 22nd, Matt. And just for the record, I feel the same way about Paige taking on Roxie. I was just curious to see how other folks felt...opinions run rampant here on ol' broadwayworld.com!

I think she'll be really good. She's adorable, and she has a background in theater. I saw a picture of her as Roxie in last week's Times... looks great!

She's fabulous and amazingly talented. I think I might actually have to break my "I'm sick of seeing Chicago" state and see her. Last time I saw her in the show, was the 2000 National Tour -- she was playing Annie. She's definitely got the balls/chops/talent to play Roxie. In one sense I would call her stunt casting, but in another sense I wouldnt.... but I would have to say this is one "stunt cast Roxie" I'm REALLY excited to see!

I think she'll be fine if not better than fine. She may be a TV personality but at least she's a TV personality who comes from the theater and already knows the show.
