Usually I'm not a fan of these portrait unveilings (seems it only takes money to get one nowadays), but I GOTTA ADMIT, THIS ONE IS PRETTY DAMN AWESOME!!!
It's Daniel astride Lorenzo (male dancer/Nugget) reflected in a horse's eye!

Posted: 2/7/09 at 6:53pmIs no one capable of drawing that poor kid? Both portraits looks nothing like him. This one is a little better, but still doesn't even remotely resemble his face.

Posted: 2/7/09 at 7:05pmGotta agree with Cats...LOVE the concept....not so much the portrait. (and No...I could not do better. My stick figures are unrecognizable)

I must say I find that to be one completely tacky painting.
It screams to be displayed next to a black velvet painting of Elvis or those dogs playing poker.

The portrait of him in England's Portrait Gallery really doesn't resemble him, either. Nine-tenths of the Harry Potter fan art I've seen online looks more like him.
