Yes, it's the same creative team entirely. It is a remounting of the revival entirely.
I don't think it should be considered any different than a revival that is a recreation of the original production.

Not to get too off topic but since we are discussing this show...
Anyone here speak German? In the movie, what is the distressed Max yelling at his driver after he drops Brian off? I've never been able to find a translation for that small exchange and was curious what they were saying to each other. Thx!

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else but...what are the odds that we'll get another Cast Recording?
I realize it's a complete head-to-toe remount of Roundabout's previous production but I can't imagine they wouldn't want to capitalize on their Oscar-nominated star by recording her vocals.
Hell...they could even do a re-release with only Williams' vocals added in (a la Brooke Shields and WONDERFUL TOWN).
That would be my least favorite of the options but I'm curious to see what, if anything, happens.
