Wow sondhead, you're still holding that grudge huh? I don't even know what happened, but DRAMAAAH!
Anyways, obviously whatever he's doing, he's doing just fine. He's been jumping from Broadway show to Broadway show, and he's got two threads currently going on about him and his "misshaped pecs." So whatever. More power to him!

He keeps his clothes off because that's what keeps him relevant.
His singing and dancing abilities are just nothing special. He's a Chippendale with a poppy tenor voice, like most of Broadway's male clientele. He sounds like every other hot piece with a voice and rhythm.
Most of NYC's theatre talent has turned to West Hollywood reject material.

I don't WANT to live in what they call "a certain way." In the first place I'd be no good at it and besides that I don't want to be identified with any one class of people. I want to live every whichway, among all kinds---and know them---and understand them---and love them---THAT's what I want! - Philip Barry (Holiday)

... and people sometimes wonder why Broadway folks don't read forum posts? He is...who he is. Nick Adams approaches his career in his own way. He alone gets to make that choice. Some of his detractors are obviously jealous that they don't have a muscular body, so they turn to the only approach they can use: criticizing him. It's so much easier than going to a gym. Team Nick! from RC in Austin, Texas
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

He's definitely a bottom.
Haha. I'm just jealous. He's definitely got it working for him - if I had his body, I'd always be naked.

Forgive me for being one to make Team Nick Adams lose their boner with my "jealous and petty" detraction.
I guess I'm just a bad gay man. I don't cream my pants over every Ken Doll 20-something with a bit of musicality.
Not everyone does. Get over it.

Yes Broomstick, it is interesting how if a gay man does not go along with the whole gay objectification of the male body they are somehow jealous or repressed. Its pretty sad. Too often the gay culture leads with torsos instead of substance. Just pick up any gay rag..

My favorite is how we must be fat and ugly if we are not attracted to Nick Adams.
And I've said it before... I am very far from fat, lol.

I'm just a very lean guy, nothing major. But I find it highly offensive when people insinuate I must be fat and gross because I do not want to bang Nick Adams.

It's also interesting that gay men are so supportive of overweight women, yet overweight men are invisible in the gay community. It is so self-loathing. Recently, Beth Ditto has been on several gay mag covers and the letters to the editor are like, "that rocks..she's hot at any size", "this shows people what true beauty is"...and so on. However, a gay mans mag would never put an overweight man on their cover.

Speaking as a soon-to-be-put-to-pasture old queen, if showing his physique is basically all Nick Adams can do proficiently, I have no objections whatsoever. Just looking at a work of art is fine with me, whether he has any other credentials or not is irrelevant.
