Which "Cyrano" do you mean, the Christopher Plummer one (which does have an OBCR) or the Dutch (Anne Runolfsson) one, which I think does not (at least not in English)?
The Cyrano OBCR is still available at Barnes and Noble for about $16.
Carrie
Smile
Honkytonk Nights
Granted the first are easy to find, but it would be nice to have an official recording.
OLC's of
Sweeney Todd
On The Twentieth Century
Hairspray.
An official release of the OBC of Angel would be nice too.
I've heard a complete-but-poor-quality recording of the OBC of Follies with both dialogue and score that was presumably done
illegitimately.
Oh yea! Angel would be sweet.
I've heard the score and it's every bit as good as Shenandoah and Purlie.

Dangit, lvp, ya took mine.
I have the Plummer 'Cyrano' OBC, its the 1995 show I would like. I do however have the symphonic recording.
Inner City has a 1 LP recording that should have been a 2

a good recording of LOOK TO THE LILLIES. There is one made through the theater sound system during a performance but may not still be available. It's a nice score. Saw the show and really enjoyed it.

Most of mine have been said, but also, the Norwegian production of Evita with John Barrowman as Che.

OLC's of

Jean Seberg
would also be interesting.
Add me to the "Smile" list. I saw it on Broadway (loved it!), and I want a complete cast recording (with the full orchestrations). The demo-sounding recording done by many of the OBC is fine, but it's not the same thing.
I also wish we had a full Dreamgirls OBC recording. Looking back now, I really hate the time restrictions of vinyl releases.
I'd like The Wiz with the three missing songs in it (Who Do You Think You Are?, A Rested Body Is a Rested Mind, and Pssst - The Emerald City ballet number).
Speaking of The Wiz (great show) why didn't Geoffrey Holder do more?
After Timbuktu he sort of vanished.

One more to my list: Lovely Ladies,Kind Gentlemen - musical version of Teahouse of the August Moon

Lovely Ladies is a show in cast album limbo. Alledgedly recorded a number of years ago but doubt it will ever see the light of day
A few more
Gantry
Elmer Gantry
Sayonara
James Joyce's The Dead. Because it's the only show I've seen on Broadway that I don't have any sort of recording to. And the revival of The Apple Tree. And Carrie... because I've always wanted to hear the music from it. Oh, and I wish they had Broadway recordings of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang just because of Raul Esparza and a Broadway recording of Mamma Mia because I frankly hate the London recording.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
A tale of two cities
Sorry.... I really want Cry-Baby
Radiant Baby and the 2005 Shakespeare in the Park production of Two Gentleman of Verona the Musical. And I wouldn't mind a recording of the City Centers production of Damn Yankees with Cheyenne Jackson and Jane Krakowski.

LENNON, I loved that show and the music was - - - well, JOHN LENNON !
Throwing my wishes into the fountain...
Sherry (I know there is the studio cast but I would love to hear the divine Dolores Gray tear into the title song)
that Jay studio recording of Anyone Can Whistle that has been sitting in the vault since the mid90s
West End Guys and Dolls starring Jane Krakowski and Jenna Russell
Like others have said, I wish there were full recordings of the original prodcutions of Dreamgirls, Follies, The Wiz and I'll add A Chorus Line into the mix.
Also, I wish that there was more of a vogue for recording new leads in musicals a la Sunset Boulevard rerecording many of the Normas or that Annie Get Your Gun sampler with Reba singing a few of Annie's solos. In this age of mp3 and itunes, I would think it would be pretty cheap. I mean, I get I'm never going to have a recording of Carolee Carmello singing ABBA songs but I'd love to have a studio recording of, say, Darlene Love singing "I Know Where I've Been." Also, if I can use my waybackmachine, let's get Annie Miller to record Mame (and pick up Judy along the way to sing the scores of Gypsy and Mame and Follies).
