Eartha would be good...but Harvey would be great.
The character of Ursula was actually based on Divine's protrayl of Dawn Davenport in John Wtaer's 1974 film, Female Trouble. Divine also played Edna in the 1988 John Water's film, Hairspay. Harvey was chosen to play Edna in Hairspray beacuse of his "Divine-like" talent. Not to mention Harvey sounds similar to Ursula in the movie.

But, since she DOES have to become a beautiful young woman...Sara Ramirez isn't a bad choice either.
