Jen-you were only home for like five minutes! When did you get a chance to write that?!

Liir-that certainly is a fun fact! Lucky him!
"I wrote a book: "How to Be Popular". Now I've put together a top ten list of how to help you: -Elphie, everyday... shower. I mean, who knows? Maybe some of that green is gonna come off! -Deodorant Elphie. No body likes a stinky witch! -I think we've covered the hair, we'll get to that. -Clean underclothes. That's all I'm gonna say. -Look at your posture. That's no way to be popular! -Bed made, room straightened. We've done that. -Colors blended. Oookay. -But the most important thing to have, to make yourself popular, is to keep your beautiful smile." ~Kristin Chenoweth in her last performance of the song "Popular"

I dont understand when I saw Tim he was absolutley fantastic and I dont even think I saw him spit once, I noticed Matt Caplan did spit like right across the stage when he said "December 24th 9:00p.m." That was it.

re: Caution: The first few rows may get wet! (RENT- 4/15)

how is the new Joanne? the number I always look foward to the most when seeing rent on broadway is Take Me or Leave Me. The movie soudtrack and the OBC recording just does not do the song justice. I need that intimate setting. So how is the number and the new Joanne?
Thanks a lot.

O and who is replacing Matt?

I went to "Rent" as part of the 10th anniversay $20 seats and it had been years since I had seen it.

I was similary shocked at the age of the people in the theater. I overheard a kid probably around 10 say during intermission "I like it they curse a lot." I was kind of flawed at how badly he was missing the points of the show and how much more I appreciated "Rent" when I was just a few years older then him (the first time I saw it).

Even more strange was the teen who downed a beer in a brown paper bag in the bathroom before me and left it under the toilet bowl.

What is going on at the Nederlander?

Haha, I got showered with spit at the Color Purple, and I was in the second row! Mostly by Kingsley Leggs, but the funny thing was that while I was waiting in the rush line, this woman behind me was talking about how we would probably get showered with spit and I was thinking, second row, I don't know...But it was so close to the stage that we could feel EVERYTHING!

Oh, and to be on topic....

Poor Karmine! I would have started laughing...

Karmine is the worst Mimi i have ever seen along Mel B. No other Mimi was as good as Krystal L. Washington.

I've only seen her play Mimi once so she could of been having an "off" day.

But, I didn't really like her voice. I don't know the word to use to describe it I just didn't like her.

She reminded me of Saycon Sengbloh (who im not to much a fan of) ALOT.

Maybe it was an "off" day. But we must agree to disagree, she does sound a little like Saycon i guess. So maybe just not yout favorite type of voice.

I'm not a big fan of Tim Howar anyway. I look at how amazingly talented Ruthie Henshall is and then I think what does she see in him. He must be great in bed.
