Hows Alice's attendance in Toronto been? Has Pearl gone on?

Yes Pearl has gone on twice so far in Toronto (last Wednesday and Saturday matinees).

Im going tonight in Toronto and I hope Alice is in. Ive seen Alice 3 times on Broadway but my friend has never seen the show and loves Alice on the CD. Im hoping that since there are only 5 performances this week (all the matinees were cancelled as well as the final performance Sunday night) that Alice will do all of them.

I consider myself one of the lucky few who saw Alice in "good shape." My partner and I saw the first performance of the Chicago run. I can only imagine how things have gone downhill after hearing the rasp in her voice from the very beginning.

While Alice did a great job, I think a part of "professionalism' is knowing when to say, 'No, I don't have the stamina to maintain this role for (X) months.'

I am anxious to see this show go (Off-Broadway or Regional) into another production setting.
