I dunno, Kristen does have a reputation for being a diva...I've heard more Kristen snubbing fans stories than being gracious to fans stories...
Nonetheless, she is a good performer. That's worth something :0)
In any case, part of the fun of the message boards is discussing your opinions...as long as you're not malicious about the whole thing to other posters you can voice any opinion you wish. What fun is a tame message board?

In society these days, all you have to know is somebody's initials to call them whatever you damn well please.
And that sucks. I suppose now we're gonna hear rumours about Kristin rebelling against deoderant and toothpaste by someone who can't even spell her first name right.

"She's an actress, she can take some criticism. I don't care if you like how I feel or not. But if I have to listen to ten thousand posters constantly raving about Kristin Chenoweth, then you can listen to one person give his opinion. "
But you didn't criticize Chenoweth...you bashed her. There's a difference. Saying you don't like her singing or acting is one thing, but calling her a conceited bitch is another.
"A simple glance at this board is reason enough to have a support group dedicated to the Wicked obssessed fans. Why should a Broadway board be dedicated to one boring, over inflated show?"
It's your opinion that Wicked is a boring over inflated show, but the fact is that it is on Broadway and since this is a message board about Broadway, Wicked is going to be discussed.
"So tear down my opinion and give yourselves a pat on the back, but in the long run. I am very much right and you are very much wrong."
Um...how so? Because you said so?
Anyways, my first post was not (I repeat) WAS NOT directed at people who didn't like Wicked but at the people who feel it is their mission to bring down Kristin, Idina, or anything Wicked by constantly making personal digs at every chance they get.
I can understand why you guys might be angry because it seems that many topics are about Wicked and that annoys you because you obviously don't like Wicked, but I don't understand how calling Chenoweth a conceited bitch is going to solve anything. If anything, you're just adding fuel to the fire and giving this Wicked thread more views and posts.

Posted: 5/27/04 at 2:15amI know I get sick of hearing about Wicked. I haven't even seen the show though I plan on it if I get a chance to see it. It's frustrating sometimes, but you know what, if those of us who get frustrated do nothing we can't complain. If we want more threads about other theatre, classic theatre, expiremental theatre let's start threads on it and discuss it. Broadway neophytes need instructed in the ways of theatre. Chances are at some point they will click on a thread not involving what's popular, and just because they don't respond to the threads by typing doesn't mean they aren't learning. It just means they don't know enough on the subject to post without a fear of being heckled. I know several people who read the message board but don't post for that very reason. I am still a newbie even though I'm a legend and I haven't had many threads on the older stuff or other aspects of theatre to teach me lately. Yeah I know I should just ask. I'll work on that if everyone works on telling us about stuff we would never think to ask about on our own because we've never heard of it. I am going to work on asking more quetions and hopefully we'll see some more threads that go deeper than which makeup line do you prefer Kristin's or Idina's. it's all about balance people. If a thread of something you think is important doesn't get much response keep bringing it up to the top, eventually someone is bound to read it. Ok I think I am done now.
