Chess refunds.

I apologize if this question has already been answered in a previous post and I didn't realize. 
I was curious if the 3 leads in Chess have their names appearing above the tile, and if they offer refunds or exchanges if one of the leads is out. 
this is an expensive ticket and want to know before I make the investment.

This has yet to be tested as absences have all been scheduled. In theory they should, but who knows these days?

Yes, if any of the three leads are out, they will refund you. I called them when I got the email about Aaron on a specific date and was given a refund within a few minutes.
