I love Cheyenne's blog.
Cheyenne's blog
He's his number one fan.
aren't all male actors essentially their own fan? i mean, have you ever dated one? yeesh! it's like you ASK to be screwed by their portfolio!

Agreed!! But I still love Cheyenne. Can't wait to see him in Xanadu. He will be the only good part of the show.
Not if Mary Testa repeats her workshop role.
Why do people resist using proper punctuation when writing blogs????
I love the way he talks about Jane Krakowski though, it's lovely.
I love the way he pretends to be straight. :)
"Can't wait to see him in Xanadu. He will be the only good part of the show."
Really? What did you think of the sets? Costumes? Choreography? Performances?
Oh that's right...you haven't seen it yet!
Don't forget Jackie Hoffman, Bobby. I'd see her in anything.
I doubt that in a show that could potentially feature Lillias White, Mary Testa, and Tony Roberts, Jackson will be the only good thing about it. I'll admit I have no desire to see it after Krakowski dropped out but still, I'm still sure it won't be the mess everyone thinks it'll be.
"pretends to be straight?"
He is out and proud isn't he?
Yes. He's always been very open about his sexuality. He's definitely not in the closet.

I never find his blog to be cocky or like he is pretending to be straight. I think he is just protective of his personal life. He is fine with saying he is gay... but likes to keep the details to himself as he has a right to.
I also find his blog is pretty humble and he never comes off as someone who thinks he deserves the extraordinary things he is getting... he seems really down to earth. I think it is pretty refreshing.

"I love the way he pretends to be straight. :)"
Yeah! Me too! Like the way he talks about growing up gay in interviews, and makes out with Matt Cavenaugh onstage at the Gay and Lesbian center, and ESPECIALLY the way his very handsome male partner is always by his side at these events.
:)
I didn't know he had a blog. That's pretty cool.
I generally don't intercede in these bitchfests but I gotta speak up on this one. Cheyenne is one of the gentlest, nicest, coolest, easiest-going guys working in the theater today.
I can only imagine that someone who would write 'he's his biggest fan" either doesn't know him or is just a bitter creep.
I find the posters saying he pretends to be straight hilarious.
With a little research, I found two major interviews; one in the NY Times and one from the Associated Press (which ran nation-wide) where Cheyenne is quite candid about is personal life.

Pretends to be straight? Some of you people are too much.
hold on, he's gay?? Thank jebus he must be the only one in musical theatre!
I feel so badd for girls on this site. All on the hot ones are gay!
How does he pretend to be straight? Even the way he talks about Jane Krakowski shows that sense of diva admiration so closely associated with us gay men.
He made out with Matt Cavenaugh????? I don't know if I should envy Jackson, Cavenaugh, or the people who saw them making out. Cavenaugh is just about the hottest man working on Broadway at the time.
Well a lot of the girls on this site still think they have a chance with Raul, so go figure.
Uh, folks... in case you failed to notice it, there's the little smiley-face emoticon after my statement.
Like, it was a joke. Of course he's open about his gayness; I believe that's been common knowledge since, like, y'know, forever.
Sheessh... maybe the humour is a little too dry.
There's no smiley face on my version of your post.
And I like wet humour much better.
No emoticon?
That's, like, weird, because I'm looking right at it even as I type this.
Anyway, once again, it was a freaking joke. Everyone got that? Good.
