Just wondering who you would like to see play FATHER (GOD) in Children of Eden...other than the obvious choices of everyone who's ever played Valjean.

Children in Eden is going to be playing in Washington DC next spring. I love this show. And I do not think that Colm Wilkinson would be good.
I think we should get like Ken Page or someone like that to do it. Maybe a soulful black singer. They did that in London.

WOW Children of Eden in DC??? WHERE??? I am sooo excited, I adore this show and have been dying to see it professionally done. Details please, if anyone has any. Thanks :)

It will be playing as part of the Ford Season. It is the first time in 45 years that the Ford's Theater will have a subscription. If I am not mistaken it will also include Grapes of Wrath and two other shows.

There's going to be a concert benefit of Children of Eden December 1st, as a benefit for the York Theatre Company and the National AIDS Fund. It will happen here in the city...or details are unavailable as of yet.
