What a perfect job for him - with that big, booming voice and those strapping good looks - he will command the audience's attention without breaking a sweat - lovely for him!

He has a family to support (I believe). I'm sure he's getting paid well... and it adds a bit of prestige to the circus.

I'm sure the circus pays WAY better, otherwise I doubt he'd do it...they save alot of money by hiring non-equity animals....just kiddin!

He will be a perfect ringmaster. It's actually wonderful casting. Though I would like to see him in Barnum AND Spamalot as well:)

If you've never seen Ringling Bros. Circus, I should tell you that the Ringmaster does a lot of singing.
I've seen the audition notice for ringmaster. They always are looking for someone over six feet tall with a strong baritone singing voice and charismatic personality.

So can't see him as Barnum. He's too physically imposing. As ringmaster, totally! I don't care for circuses, but I'd be inclined to see this.
