Is there a cast album for this version? I'm music director for a production of this and wondering if there is a cd or demo that corresponds to this version.

The closest would be a bootleg of the 2001 national tour with Eartha Kitt, though the version lisenced was further revised at the Papermill Playhouse to include additional songs.

There is a recording of the production starring Lea Salonga that toured in Asia back in 2008, though I don't know which version of the script/score that version used.

I don't believe the orchestrations are the same and the prologue and opening number on that recording don't match the licensed version but it's probably the closest of the available recordings.
