Hopefully the show is more exciting than this thread. :)

Misspelling a word is definitely a sin in my book, but calling out someone for misspelling a word is by far a worse thing to do.
It's not "far worse" It's a message board where comments and conversations appear in print. Spelling and grammar are inherent to the form of media and noticing them is entirely appropriate when our only form of communication is through the written word.
Thank God we have great people like you around here to help us out.
A rather sanctimonious form of snark and criticism.
Anyway your comment, and this message, are not related to the topic of this thread at all.
It was directly related to a comment in the post, but if you want to police what should be considered appropriate and relevant, then you would have to delete your own comments which are not related to the topic of this thread at all. You are telling someone to let something slide based on your own rules of relevance, yet in doing so, you are not letting something slide based on your own rules of relevance.
If you truly believe that spelling and grammar have no place or relevance on a message board, then perhaps you should be posting on youtube channels or vlogs where the responses are not...you know...written and read. You may feel it's not important, but it makes zero sense to think that others should be censored from pointing it out. And if every post that is not directly related to the thread topic were deleted, from BWW, you would have very little to read, including your post. If you want to let it slide, fine. Thank God we have people like you around here to help us out. Let's move on. But only after I specifically do not.

I am a copy editor for a living but even I have learned over the years to unclench my butt over these kinds of things once in a while.
To get back to the topic at hand, I'm also a huge fan of Jeremy Kushnier, so I'm looking forward to this more than I was before he was announced.

Kushnier blew me away as Iago in Othello last year in Pittsburgh.

Another thread descends into nonsense because everyone lives to call people out!
I'm really interested to hear reports from this show because it sounds SO RANDOM and the clips weren't particularly enticing for me.

Does anyone know the reason why they decided against using Playbill?

Maybe they got a better deal elsewhere.

We have lots of chat about nothing. Nothing about the actual production

Our usual first preview attendees may have stayed away from this. I have never been to a Cirque performance and was interested if this was worth it.

from fb paraBORE is the worst atrocity by CDS since I "believed" in Chris Angel. Horrible direction, cliche' script, and acts AND EXACT SETS lifted from ghosts of closed shows (Iris, Elvis, etc). You didn't even change the choreography. Having seen every major touring and resident show since 1993, I was mortified to have brought 5 guests to the abomination. I would fire everyone associated with the non-artistic team and stop throwing garbage out and expecting the CDS label to make it not stink like ..#%$ ! !!!
