Making her Broadway debut. At least I would consider Claire Danes as a movie actress that I can see doing a decent job on stage.

really? I really enjoyed her performance. I'm with weez on this one. I can't stand Danes at all but think she is a great actress and could be wonderful in this role.

I find her to be a phenomenal actress and she actually has stage experience. I am terribly excited that she will be making her Broadway debut, I guess I'll have to end up seeing this play after all.

I think Mrs. Higgins is too much of a bitch for Julie Andrews to play, but I'd love to see her onstage again.

I enjoy her, but I think she's a bit one note. She's utterly the same in everything.

This is interesting casting. I don't know why, but for some reason I don't know if I'll be able to buy Danes with that accent.
