I've had this recording in my collection for several years, enhanced electronically by a friend who owns a recording studio, and it's wonderful. It was recorded at Merman's final performance on Broadway in December of 1970.

Such an incredible talent. Probably the only performer who would be able to rival Channing in the role.

I saw Merman do the role on Broadway - the only time I ever got to see her in person. She was quite wonderful.
