I'm looking at tickets to M Butterfly on Thursday, November 16. The Orchestra section seems pretty barren, unless I want to sit near the back or pay for a Premium Ticket.
I did see plenty of seats in the front row Mezzanine, but I have never sat in that area at the Cort. I'm a tall person at about 6 feet. How is the leg room? Would you recommend the Mezz there?

I saw Bright Star at the Cort in the mezzanine. I'm 6' 2" (though I don't have particularly long legs) and it was fine. No Broadway theaters are particularly roomy in terms of leg space. I don't recall anything about the Cort and leg room.
The Brodhurst is the only theater I was shocked by how little leg room there was. At least in the orchestra

I sat front row mezz for Indecent and it was best view to see the entire stage (yet not too far from the actors that you can't see facial expressions.) I'd sit there again. Leg room was great and the ledge as low so it didn't block my view.
I sat 2nd row Mezz for Indecent and it was perfect. Last row for Bright Star cut off the top of the set so I moved back to my 4th row house right seat. (Had disruptive people next to me but spoke to them when I returned). I suspect last row would be fine if there is nothing high above the stage. I have sat in the balcony and the view was also fine.
