Cult Broadway

With the recent tides of Broadway, I'm starting to feel as if we have a new genre of Broadway musical, even things which fall under the category of Cult Broadway. This includes fan musicals, fan made terms, even favorite performers of the growing crowds of teenage/ young adult broadway geeks. For fun, keep posting things which fall on this list. I'll start the ball roling:

-LuPwned
-Xanadu
-Alice Ripley
-[title of show]
-A Very Potter Musical

Now it's your turn! Keep the list going!

....not sure what the point of this is? Seems like everything has a fanbase...even unsuccessful/flop shows have their niche.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Where's the fanbase for Lestat. Where?!?!?! WHERE?!?!?! I love Lestat (damn right), and one day I'm going to gather all of the Lestat fans. Where are you, lovers of Lestat?

I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&. "Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."

I mean the more quirky and off-beat side of Broadway, not something which is generally known of.
