Looks like another show is going digital. Are people seriously that afraid of the cold...?

Bringing this thread back from the dead to ask if anyone knows where the lottery seats typically are? I won today’s for a single ticket, but can’t seem to find anyone that has mentioned where the lotto seats usually are.

I won a single last weekend and was in mezz Row E. Great view! My roommate won a few weeks ago (two tickets) and was in the same general area as I was.

Well guys this was a bust. You have to pick up the tix 2 hours before curtain, and since I get out of work at 5:30 I couldn't make the pickup for a 7:30 showtime. I called telecharge and they wouldn't even hold the ticket for me, sadly. Oh well.

When i won Phantom I showed up a half hour before the show when it said to get there 2 hours before and it wasn't an issue at all...might be worth a shot to just show up to the box office.

I entered in June and won first time. 2 great seats front row. I went and picked up an hour before curtain so u may be fine. If you leave work at 530 maybe just call the box office direct say your running late and what time you'll be there if they know you are coming I'm sure they won't release them.

On the other hand, I had the opposite experience recently. i won the lotto for Fully Committed and I arrived 4 minutes past the deadline of an hour before curtain to the box office. They refused to sell me the ticket at the lotto price, but offered me the same seat at a higher price. I declined as I was so annoyed at how the box office spoke to me. My own fault (and the MTA
but I really didn't understand the denial. The show had the seats, it reportedly needed the business, I was there and happy to see it, and some other shows let you purchase the tix electronically. I just don't get why you would have a digital lotto if you wouldn't enable patrons to complete the purchase online.
