25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee Revi(Off-Broadway, New World Stages)
 Jan 25 2026, 06:04:16 PM

I had tickets today to see Spelling Bee which I'll need to reschedule due to the snow cancellation. Does anyone know how long Jasmine Amy Rogers is in for? I know she will be in an Encores production and we'd love to see her and want toward around that. I couldn't find an announced departure date or if she was taking a break like one of the Heathers actresses did for Bat Boy.

'Romy & Michele' - Off-Bway Previews
 Oct 26 2025, 07:54:17 PM

Wow - I wonder what happened? I attended the matinee today and everything seemed fine. I actually enjoyed it a lot more than I expected after reading all the commentary during previews. Hope all is well for them.

ROB LAKE MAGIC WITH SPECIAL GUESTS THE MUPPETS to Open at the Broadhurst
 Sep 4 2025, 09:37:38 AM

I have signed up multiple times to be notified of the sale and heard nothing. Is anyone able to share the presale code?

ETA - I found the code which is MAGICBWAY for anyone else looking. However - the prices on this are crazy. I'm not paying $300 when I have no idea who Rob Lake is and how much Kermit is actually in this show.

Audience Rewards ticket locations
 Jul 16 2025, 04:21:07 PM

Usually - I provide the Audience Rewards number to the box office staff when I purchase. Recent shows where I have done this and the AR points posted successfully are Operation Mincemeat, Dead Outlaw, Old Friends, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Buena Vista Social Club.

It seems a lot more reliable than it had been in the past.

BROADWAY DISCOUNTS
 Jun 17 2025, 09:25:08 PM

I just got mine in my mailbox - there is no end date or information on the discount on the mailer. Just the code itself and a suggestion that best availability is weeknights.

I also don't think the discount seems meaningful based on my quick scan.

I realize that Nicole is off on Tuesdays and today is a Thursday - is she going on tonight far? SeatGeek still lists her as scheduled to perform but I can't figure out where else to look and see if someone is announced as being out.

I thought the best part (by far) was the dog.

The Verizon hold music is triggering, that's for sure.

He is using a cane and they brought a chair out for him during his numbers but he looks fantastic and sounds as good as he ever has. He’s been on a lot of peoples minds lately so it’s very very nice to see him on stage and doing so well."

Thank you for posting this. I was at the Carnegie Hall performance tonight (which I really real

Hamlet- Shakespeare in the Park

I was also there Tuesday. Hard agree that it’s a messy production and didn’t enjoy it which was a bummer. No trouble at all with tickets - tons of empty seats and confirming many people walked out early.

I'm a local and have a friend in town tomorrow who wants to see Book of Mormon matinee tomorrow. I last saw this so long ago that I don't have a good sense of how popular it is these days. I lost the lottery for  tomorrow - anyone know of any discount codes or other suggestions?

There are several posts in this thread about this. My show date has passed and I have not been contacted. I've also tried calling and emailing the theater. The phone linehas a me

Question re Plaza Suite refunds: I bought my tickets at the box office and see that the website says a member of the team will contact me 30 days after my performance date. I don't understand how they would have my contact info? My name is on the tickets, but I don't recall giving them my email or phone number. Do I need to proactively contact them (and if so, how?) or will they magically find me?

New B'way Gift Shop and Interior Tour
 Nov 20 2019, 11:34:18 PM

I’m a local NYCer and took a tour with Tim a couple weeks ago - the haunted Broadway tour. We were lucky enough to have Tim himself as our guide and the tour was super interesting and fun. I definitely want to take the Hudson tour in the near future, especially now that I know that a ghost light is!

A CHRISTMAS CAROL - Preview Thread

I was at tonight’s show too and I have to agree, it was fantastic. I didn’t have any expectations and loved it. The lights were amazing, I loved the effects, music and the Christmas dinner! Go see it for sure!

While I liked the set design for what it was, I'd like to see them move on to a new style of design for the dramas that they choose to set in modern day clothing.

This cannot be said enough - totally agreed!!

I also saw it last week and 100% agree with your thoughts. In addition to your points on Jonathan Cake and the costumes I also did not care for the lighting or set. On a positive note, Kate Burton was very good - easily the best part of the show.

While I appreciate any night at the Delacorte, this one was disappointing -  which is

I was at AMNH tonight and he said the 90 min excerpt is half the content/length of the show - so that’s 3 hours.
