This is only ever going to be a regional production in the UK. The London rights are held by a different producer.

The article says absolutely nothing about who owns the London rights to the show. I think YOU need to read

You asked if it was Jamie Lloyd and the article clearly states who is directing it.

The above poster clearly meant “please tell me it isn’t Jamie Lloyd directing,” and the article in fact confirms it is Paul Foster. So, Crusty, maybe you need to learn to read.

The poster above my comment said this production is just a regional production and that the London rights are held by a different producer.  My comment was hoping Jamie Lloyd, a producer, doesn’t have the London rights to the show.  Apparently you can own rights for just certain cities. But let’s just all gang up on crusty (flash) yet again
