The source material made it a tough sell. It was not the normal type of Hrrman musical either.

My goodness, I would give anything in the world for the full footage!! Even though I was told that it is only 6-7 minutes long, I *LOVE* to see it! "Dear World" was probably the most beautiful show produced on Broadway during that season.

Since the video was recently taken off Youtube, I thought it was such a shame that other people couldn't watch it anymore, I put it back on. I also added the very short snippets that were shown on the Jerry Herman documentary (which I strongly recommend to anyone!) "Words and Music by Jerry Herman". Let's hope someone will put a full version of it!
