Yep. Which is why Sandra Bullock is top billed in A Time to Kill over Samuel L. Jackson and Matthew McConaughey, not to mention how Marlon Brando was given top billing in every film (except The Score, and I wonder how/why he didn't there) in the 20 or so years before he died--even in Superman.
